Your first 2 weeks of CrossFit will be an introductory period where we focus on technique and mobility. The workouts will be challenging, but suited to your ability level. After your initial intro period, you will be ready to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes! When you are ready to start, it is important to have an open mind and be ready to learn!

If you are interested in starting your beginner’s classes, please contact us to set up your first session. Beginner classes are offered M-F by appointment only. It typically takes about 4 beginner classes to prepare you for our regular classes.

Membership Plans

Month to month…no contracts!

Unlimited: $150/mo

3 days/wk: $130/mo

Couples:

Unlimited: $255/mo

3 days/wk: $230/mo

Ask about our discounts for students, military, law enforcement, and firefighters!

Compare to $50-80 per HOUR with a less qualified personal trainer in a boring globo gym!

Online billing and payments

1.  Click “Sign-up”, and create a user name and password.

2.  Log-in.

3.  Click on “Online store”.

4.  To pay for foundations, click “Services”, and then choose “Foundations”.

5.  To sign-up for month to month automatic billing for your membership, click “Contracts” and choose your package.

Note:  This is not a contract, but it will set you up with a monthly recurring auto-draft.  If you need to cancel, please contact Keith 48 hours prior to your draft date.  Once your payment has gone through, it can not be refunded.

Discounted memberships are offered for military, veterans, teachers, law enforcement and fire fighters / EMTs.

Couples memberships cannot be discounted.
