(You need a minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience before you attend 2-4 open gym, as it is not instructor led.)

There is a workout planned for this day, however there are not structured group classes.You may also choose to do a workout on your own or just come in to work on anything you’d like to improve. There are still coaches on duty to offer guidance and help you with whatever it is you are working on. Thursday open gym can be used to make up a missed WOD, work on skills, brush up on weaknesses, or improve your mobility. This is your gym! Take every opportunity you can to use it and your coaches to keep your progress coming along!
