The 8-Week Challenge is a bootcamp style class designed to challenge your mind and body to push beyond your limits! This class is a full-body workout using bodyweight and kettlebell exercises that will build strength, burn fat, and tighten up your whole body! Workouts are designed to be challenging but suited to your ability level. Get fit, and have fun doing it!
